Booking Information

We ask that you cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 48 hours prior to your appointment to avoid any fees.

-If you cancel or reschedule your appointment within 48 hours before your appointment time you will be charged 50% of your service. *Fee will be applied to rescheduled appointments.
-If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment time you will be charged 100% of your service. *Fee will be applied to rescheduled appointments.
-No show, you will be charged 100% of your service.
-Lateness: We allow a grace period within 15 minutes. Any time after we cannot guarantee that your services can be performed that day resulting in a 100% cancellation fee or a shorter service that will be charged for the full amount of time booked.

-All services are non-refundable. Once a service has been provided, no refunds will be issued for any reason. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
